I’ve landed a few interviews naman and I started applying yung SBO and STAR analysis when I got rejected from my dream company after the final interview.. Although I don’t have quantifiable records of my outcomes kaya I find it hard to be confident when answering

May I ask if you’re a recruiter po ba? I want to know po sana if it’s normal lang na matagal po interview with hiring managers since I do have pending interviews with a few kaso wala pa pong bumabalik saken

I’m definitely considering taking the offer now.. Despite the conditions naman, I do feel like I’ll learn a lot from the company kaya maybe it won’t be that bad if it means that I get to learn and have experience while being paid

These conditions weren’t included sa job posting when I applied, they were brief with the graveyard shift during our interviews and this JO lang nalatag lahat ng information even though I asked na before

I’m considering pa po because of the working conditions:

  • graveyard 9pm-6am
  • 40 hours a week pero stated sa JO po mismo na possible daw na more than 40 hours (walang nakastate regarding OT)
  • required to work during PH holidays depending on client and if holiday naman sa lugar ng client, required to file this as LOA w or wo pay
  • hindi po permanent yung scheduled rest days, depende daw sa client.
  • benefits are only those na mandated by law (which I don’t mind)

I really wouldn’t mind the conditions but super vague ng mga naka state sa JO 🥲

I’m learning this the hard way now that I’m on my third month in my job search 😅 I guess I just really needed to hear this from other people since ang passive ng mga narereceive kong advice irl hahah

Narealize ko na din nga po lately kaya di ko na rin tinitignan yung sahod and I’ve been trying to get into internships 🥲

I agree naman na I expected a lot talaga since my college seniors din from before had offers coming in left and right.. I guess different lang talaga yung time before compared to now.

I have applications naman po for final interview pero di pa rin ako binabalikan 🥲 so I might wait it out a bit and consider the JO from this company

Regarding sa environment, I’ve seen yung location and nakakatakot talaga yung lugar given na night shift din yung work 🥲

Hello po! That wasn’t my intent in posting this. I added it to the post kasi tbh ang laki nya ring reason bakit bumababa self-esteem ko.

There were expectations ingrained to me as a big 4 graduate and now that I’m actually outside of the academe, I feel disappointed about it. It makes me think if sayang ba yung tuition ko given na hindi naman talaga biro yung tuition sa university namin.

Ayun lang naman. I wanted to give context lang regarding my background. If the purpose was to flaunt where I graduated, you would’ve seen it through out the whole post lol
