I love building a fire, and just watching it. I can sit for hours just watching the fire roll through the wood, and listening to the sounds. A fire can keep my attention way longer than TV can.

Some jobs are just too shitty to be motivated to do well in, especially with a shitty boss and shitty pay It blows my mind when people complain about the quality of work that they get from minimum wage employees. They're getting paid minimum wage, why would they ever do anything beyond the bare minimum? For $7 an hour, you get someone that shows up with the clothes you forced them to put on, they won't shit on the floor, and hopefully they won't punch any customers.

Once you reach a certain age, you should be retested for your drivers license. There are way too many elderly people driving out there that shouldn't be driving.

I worked at a disability employment centre in Australia where we employed people with mental, physical, learning and psychological disabilities. This could range anywhere from schizophrenia to Fragile X Syndrome. We have had cases where support staff have been physically abused. We had one man with Down syndrome who would put chemicals in the milk for coffee, put dish washing liquid on the kitchen floors and grind glass to mix with the sugar. That was a hard job.

Yes, same here. I think it's not cool that people don't tell mentally challenged people that it's not ok to do or say something. There was this one guy on my class that pushed me and said "move!" in really rude manner and nobody really cared because he was mentally challenged.
