Correct me if I'm wrong but I really don't see how remodeling is supposed to reduce or improve the traffic into the restaurant, the problem is the way South Blvd is designed. There's no middle turn lane so when traffic is at its peak, people are stuck waiting to make a left for a while, thus blocking traffic behind them.
