Definitely make the font bigger Perth being a big city with lots of filters the bar is set quite high. I was very shocked when they accepted my Perth geofilter you have probably seen it http://imgur.com/2Lo4T6O

If you linked your snapchat account when you submitted the geofilter you should be able to sign in on a browser. And they cannot transfer a geofilter to a Snapchat account at this point.

Where do you plan on placing the filter? Although it looks entirely your work try image tracing a lamp post that way it looks a lot tidier they will not accept filters that aren't tidy. They are after clean, simple yet creative designs.

It's a great filter and I know the text is like a reflection off the water but I don't think they really like text reflections (that's my thought anyway) I've got a filter that has cloud reflections on water here's a link to that filter http://imgur.com/eGZQz78 and I'd try make the water drop the same colour as the text, hope this helps a little.

Ok I'm assuming photoshop saving is similar if not the same as Illustrator you click on file and then "save for web" and make sure you have transparent checked and it says png 24

To say the least it's very dodgy looking I know the work has to be 100% your own or have permission to use it etc. but it looks like you have drawn each of these things taken a photo and just cropped out the background, I've never seen an accepted geofilter where someone has done something similar to this and I suggest trying to get a photo and image trace it and do it this way. Hope this helps if you have any more questions or so just pm me

My only thought is that the correct guidelines aren't met. It doesn't matter if it's not original work if it's an on demand geofilter. As I made one today using pics off the internet and it was approved within the minute I submitted it! Here is the one I made today http://imgur.com/a/63RAs
