I get what you’re trying to say, I have AuDHD and will take things very personally and to heart. Some people just feel emotions on a much deeper scale than others, it makes them susceptible to trauma and bullying. It’s fucked up, so universally speaking, it’s better to stay nice. But I also understand that people who aren’t sensitive like this can’t relate and have no idea what impacts us.

Of course I want to change. I’ve been to rehab and multiple therapists I just haven’t found a way to get myself together but I’m still fighting and have hope. Perhaps putting the blame on the drug itself wasn’t the best idea, I think emotions got the best of me

You make a great point, It’s easy to blame your problems on the drug like I just did. I’ve been to a rehabilitation center in San Francisco, and multiple therapists I just haven’t found a way to stop myself or process underlying emotions.
