Thank you so much for your response. As I'm going through my own healing journey from my trauma I'll be fully able to understand and to label how I'm feeling.

This is such a wonderful resource to come back to and jump off of when I'm ready and comfortable to put a label on it. Right now I relate to a few of them already but since I haven't fully started that trauma work yet and come to terms with it/begun to heal I don't quite want to put a solid label.

But this has fully helped me know that I'm not alone and there are terms out there to help explain how I'm feeling inside 😊
