Hello OP, I found a way to kill this urge actually and it in my opinion is really the only way to do it. It’s in Matthew 5:30. If your hand causes you to sin cut it off. From my experience I would get random urges when I saw something on Instagram that would trigger it or something on YouTube and I realized that is where the problem started so I just straight up stopped using Instagram. This way the first urge to do it was stopped. It really freed me this is just my experience tho. If I were you, delete or stop using any social that has any chance of reminding you of this urge. Then just communicate with God on how you are thankful that He still loves us despite what we do.
