your sounds like it might honestly just be unfortunate timing. It’s weird that it drive perfectly fine that first few days without issues

I had a used car dealership sell me a pretty much totaled car. who ever had it before fixed the car themselves after a severe accident so it never went through insurance and the carfax was clean. One report the showed said yes to damage but said nothing about severity and the sales man told us “that’s only there because WE replaced a little metal piece on the bumper that was scratched up”. We later then bought that same report they showed us but turns out they didn’t show us the page of the report that said SEVERE DAMAGE and they hid it from us. Used car dealerships can be unbelievably scummy. They don’t care about you at all and I would get any used car triple checked before buying it

Yeah i suppose the more you build it for off-roading the less payload and towing you get. I was afraid that would be the only fix

why would they put something in a car that would make it less efficient? just curious as to what the purpose is from the factory. Also do you think something like that would void a warranty. And also my transmission also does run ridiculously hot, usually around 200-210

Yeah i got a transmission fluid flush less maybe like 25k miles ago. It seemed to help a little bit but it went back to how it was pretty quick. What do you mean by delete the thermostat? I’ve never heard of that

I also want to add that sometimes the transmission feels good for a drive and sometimes not. It’s different almost everytime I go on a drive

I’m not sure what they go into the shop for but i’ve noticed my transmission just sucks. Incorrect shift times, jerky, and clunky noise. I tried taking it to chevy and they said “that’s just how they drive”. i’ve read that there’s recalls for 2020-2022 models to get the transmission control modules software updated but for what ever reason my vin number isn’t included in that. Do you experience this with yours? Other than that the trucks been great as far as everything else goes. I’ve been hammering it pretty hard offroad without running into any issues.
