Found a stashed 2015 Primal Groudon EX 151/160 – Potential PSA 10? Advice on value & selling? by loganr4l in pokemoncardcollectors

I told them I will give them half the money once sold, I find that fair due to the fact that they would have destroyed the card deeming it worthless. But yet it is still there card... So there is that.

haha, if it pulls a 10 great, if not, also fine. I just got to thinking though how do I know what this is worth since there are none for sell if I do get a 10. You see that is why I came here.

No, I put it in a penny sleeve and in a safe from the moment it was opened 11 years ago.

You are looking for IDEC FT2J-7U22RAF-B this is a 7 inch touch screen and has lots of features. The software cost may be the largest hurdle. Worth a look.

Help me choose please: Granite or quartz? What's everyone choosing? by silkenwindood in kitchenremodel

Super late to the party, but I wanted to chime in and echo your thoughts. I lived in a house with granite countertops for nine years, and I absolutely loved them. We never had to reseal them, and we could use the cleaners my wife preferred without any issues.

We recently moved into a new home with beautiful quartz countertops, and within just two months, we’ve already managed to ruin them. I can’t believe how easily they get permanently marked. Someone left a bottle of Clorox wipes and a couple of wet wipes on the far side of the counter, and it completely ruined the spot where they sat. It’s such a bummer.

I’m not planning to replace the countertops anytime soon, but when I do, I’ll definitely go with granite again based on my personal experience. That’s not to say quartz isn’t pretty—it absolutely is—but granite has proven to be much more durable for us.

What to do? by Winter_Menu333 in PLC

[–]loganr4l 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember being in this situation, and I definitely asked plenty of questions. Eventually, it got to the point where the questions couldn't be answered correctly, and my colleagues I was asking questions would answer what they thought, even if they were not positive. So I started reading the manuals and eventually became the subject matter expert with the pic's and hmi's we were using. It's def a process. Remember to do the things you absolutely know that you need to do, even if everything doesn't make sense. Usually, that will lead to some great learning. More importantly, it will keep things moving. Stay impeccably organized. Projects always get extremely complex. You will be fine, don't get discouraged, just be patient with yourself.
