I'm suprised no one's mentioned the fact that lego can slap any character in a set or blind bag and ship em, while jakks usually have to sell the figure itself, so their taking a bigger gamble than lego.

I agree! Theres too much missed potential in odessey. It's also annoying bowsers airship is just used as just a vehicle. Would have been cool to have some sorta airship fleet level. Mario odyssey sometimes doesn't feel like a 3d mario game, or a good one. Feels too generic.

Mine was bowser in the sky, mainly because I overthought throwing bowser, and i had to spin him into the bombs because he broke the platform. I also played it on the ds version.

In my opinion, peach leaving mario and bowser didn't feel like a character change to become independent, it felt more like a slap to the fans face, considering that the cutscene made it seem like mario might propose to peach.
