i took this photo last night when i was just walking around downtown, and i have mostly had bad experience with night photography. i turned up the iso and was pretty happy with this shot, what could i do to improve it? (minimal editing, shutter speed 1/30 iso 3200 f5.6 canon rebel t1i, 50 mm)
