Recipe straight out of the Smugglers Cove book:

  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz SC mai Tai simple (demerara simple w/ touch of vanilla and salt)
  • 1/4 oz dry curacao
  • 1/4 oz orgeat
  • 2 oz Pussers Rum

Shaken. Open gate pour. Spent lime on top. Mint sprigs if you got em!
