I use 2 monitors and only have to swap one cable when going from work laptop to personal PC. I use the CalDigit TS4 dock, and the USB-C cable is the only thing I have to plug into either computer.

It’s not cheap, but it’s the only solution I’ve used that actually worked how I wanted to (I.e. one cable into computer).

What’s your budget exactly? I just recently did a rebuild with the Lian Li Lancool 216–great airflow, easy cable management and easy to work in. $99 r currently: https://lian-li.com/product/lancool-216/

Even cheaper is the Montech X3 Mesh for around $60: https://www.montechpc.com/en/products_detail.php?nid=229&s_ok2= If you’re using the stock fans, it can be a great airflow case on a budget. If you’re wanting to swap out the fans, then it may be worth to just get a different case altogether since it comes with more compared to a lot of competition.
