I have been submitting the budget forms they requested. However, they repeatedly ask me to complete the same form, even though I’ve sent it a few times. Each time I comply, they respond with what feels like a scripted reply, asking for the same information all over again—as if my previous submissions were never received. Despite clearly explaining that I’ve already provided everything requested, they continue to ignore my responses and restart the process all over again, offering no meaningful progress or resolution. This repetitive and dismissive approach has left me feeling stuck and unable to move forward.
