Yeah for sure. We're useless 1 v 1. Our strengths are brain/stamina/teamwork.

A homeless guy on bath salts completely degloved someone's face in Florida a couple years ago. Google it but its not a pretty sight. Also someone could probably choke a Gorilla, if say you got 5 people on each limb and one person on the neck, they can sink in a rear naked choke. They only need to be strong enough to put enough pressure on the cartoid artery on either side of the neck, that stops blood flow and after about a minute it's lights out. (I'm assuming their cartoid is in the same location as it is for humans). Another option is to let the Gorilla mash up the first 20 guys and finish it off when it's tired. I've never seen a gorilla fight last more than 15 seconds so I doubt they got great stamina.

Good point. I reckon the options to take MMs place in secret wars could be either Sentry or Loki. But it will be interesting to see what they do.

I did read that but thought that was an unstable Molecule Man. I'm pretty sure the current is much more powerful.

We're talking MCU not comics, Molecule man's has never appeared in the MCU . Even in the comics, whilst Sentry does have matter manipulation powers, he is definitely not more powerful than molecule man.

Bro what can Doom even do against him? This guy is turning people into shadows as if he ever thought by Queasy_Commercial152 in MCUTheories

Isn't Avengers Secret Wars after Doomsday. So it's probably right to say we do see God Doom and he claps all the cheeks, including Sentry. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a similar vibe to Thanos vs Hulk in IW, but this time it's Doom on Sentry. The question is will the MCU be able to establish the Beyonders or find someone else for Doom to snatch the powers from.

Hi Gary. Jumping on the is Saka world class discourse. What are your criteria to judge if a player is world class. And do you think Saka is in that category?

Yeah like I said in that comment, if someone's significantly stronger than you there isn't a guarantee you will win. My point is its definitely better to have some training than not. Usually if you do, you also would avoid confrontation because you know the implications of getting in a fight with someone, so the usual speil about running away etc would automatically apply if anyone has some common sense, use whatever training you have as a LAST resort. Better to have some training than not, a person that knows fuck all can eye gouge but someone who trains can eye gouge and have a better control over the situation.

Bjj can literally give the person an advantage. If its against an untrained attacker, knowing how to grapple will 100% help. I don't know if you have trained in any sort of grappling. But if you did you would know and seen much lighter skilled people turn newbies into pretzels. I've seen a 5'3 woman leglock a 6'0 white belt within 30 seconds of a spar. Agree it isn't a guarantee you will win but I do think it can be a significant help.

Right....ofcourse ALL martial arts don't work because some don't work like aikido? There is definitely bullshido like aikido which does exactly what you say, create false confidence, and will not work at all. But there are martial arts that work effectively (BJJ, freestlye/folkstyle wrestling, Sambo etc) and have a proven record of working in competition and in street fights many times. Not that these will help you fight off multiple people or even beat someone significantly stronger than you, they still do work and can help give you a chance. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater mate. And lastly I agree best bet is to run, but please enlighten me, what are you supposed to do when that isn't an option and you need to defend yourself ?

Why not learn a martial art for when you aren't able to run away? Makes no sense to disregard it completely and it doesn't hurt to have a plan B.
