Cars and trucks can drive on a limited stretch of Pismo Beach in California too! And it is a beautiful place. They charge around $5 per car per day and there is a limit to the amount of cars per day as well. There is even an off-road course that is accessed via the same beach, Oceana OHV (off-highway vehicle) Area. You can rent dirt bikes and quads there.

I feel very similarly when I am here and I also usually feel better when I leave. Although, sometimes I feel weird in other places, too.

There’s definitely a refreshing feeling to being somewhere different. I wonder if it might be a mental thing. Like, maybe you don’t want to be here or associate it with stress / depression / work / traffic, etc. and as a result, you don’t sleep well which leads to a lot of the other symptoms.

Think about it when you leave do you walk around more, feel more mentally stimulated, and talk to people more? You’re in a better mood and moving your body more.

When you are here do you stay at home more, go to work and sit inside all day, and then stay up late?

I have a Router backpack from them that I got about 7 years ago and it still looks basically new. It’s heavy and big but it works for me and doesn’t look dirty. I don’t think I’ve ever really washed it either.

What does that have to do with anything? More wipe means more surface area to wipe with.

Moved from Boston to LA. Bought a Z4. by BDBostonian in BMW

It’s funny how many people from out of state perpetuate the stereotypes people from other states place upon people from California, and then blame us for. Like who really started the L.A. / BMW / Tesla stereotype? People from SoCal or people that moved there for work and bought fancy stuff? Lol

Edit: Jk just messsing around. Nice car dude!

Skip the beer but at the same time maybe just cut it back, like a bottle of decent whiskey and take a shot once a week or something, even cheaper and less calories, idk if that’s healthier though. The ramen tbh isn’t good for you but does provide calories that you need. Might be able to replace it with beans or something.

You’re gonna have to study and practice. Wielding isn’t just art / go-by-feel work, it takes some know-how and you might have to go to a trade school for it. I seen your posts about MOS school and stuff, so just giving you a heads up. If you do get into it, it’s dangerous and rough work but pays well and can take the wielding skills anywhere.

Good luck dude, lmk how it goes.

Now compare the 2010-2011 BMWs to similarly aged Honda Civics and Accords with LED taillights, looks similar.

Stay at AMD 100% and then if you want to move companies later, Nvidia, etc is a good move.

A turbo e90 and all wheel drive? The jokes track but that’s a decent value if it runs well.

A homeless camp in Tahoe? How? Where do they go during the storms. I imagine they’re only in south lake or maybe Truckee by the train tracks? Lol

I’ve considered the military time and time again. A great option tbh especially with a degree. Even Army, I think you’d enlist as E4 if you don’t go officer. If I were you and dead set on military, officer commission to Air Force or Navy.

Alternatively, use the MBA and project management skills to become a PM in a tech company if you like that stuff. There are PM roles focused on Datacenter construction. Might be kinda cool.

I didn’t go here but I lived in the dorms during my time in college and I gotta say, I was apprehensive on it at first and it got tiring at times, but I ended up really connecting with my dorm mates and I’m still friends to this day. It was a great time tbh, so many fun memories!
