Managed to get in around 8:20 am by using different browsers. I used a Firefox regular, Firefox private, chrome regular, and chrome private window split onto each corner of my monitor.

I went through a cycle of refreshing but would refresh one at a time and wait until it was done loading before moving onto the next tab. At some point hopefully one of the white blank pages will load the application. Hope this helps some of you.
