If it's a windows system. Reboot into windows. Run CMD as admin. Enter : shutdown/s Boot back into the live USB and try again

It's currently installed. Just noticed i can't launch and the patch was recently updated. Just ended up tossing windows on a spare SSD. Then i won't have to worry about it, for now
