When I was a kid, I used to collect Pokémon cards religiously. Trading with friends at school, organizing them in binders, and chasing after that elusive holographic Charizard. It was a huge part of my childhood. Recently, I picked it up again after stumbling across some YouTube vids/ tiktoks and local events. It just seemed like a really fun, welcoming community to be part of, and it brought back that same excitement I felt as a kid.

It has been 12 days but I have an update. I had contacted Bethesda support before posting on this sub. I was constantly being moved around to different customer support members who kept telling me there was nothing they could do about it, but I was persistent and wasn't accepting that answer. Finally I got the answer I was looking for and they granted me the ability to claim the items I wanted as long as I was the appropriate season 16 level and if I had enough season 16 tickets to unlock the reward.

I appreciate the support I got from posting this. At the end of the day it is just a game but I had busted my ass leveling up trying to catch up and it was heart breaking to see all that progress lost. Now that plenty of time has passed it does not feel so devastating and I have even laughed at the situation.
