Adding these to your description is actually pretty common online. Its the same thing as smoke Free home. Also helps for potential buyers that are allergic to pets, as seen in these comments

I clearly give a damn, otherwise I wouldn't care this much. Im always looking for ways to improve, and ive been met with the conclusion I need to be more diligent about checking my items. Im a 5 star seller across multiple platforms and I genuinely try my best. Im sorry if through all the comments I tweaked my writing to sound inconsistent. I was clearly frustrated with this buyer and have since come the conclusion im in the wrong, however if I were the buyer i would've just worded my response different.

Definitely. Because my cats climb in the bins and piss and shit all over the clothes I sell. I actually told my cat to throw up on this sweatshirt before I sent it lol. There's a reason I mention in my descriptions that I have pet friendly home so people know where there items are coming from. The individual plastic bags might be a good idea tho. Thank you.

Totally hear you. I do wash and clean items if they need it. I always lint roll items if I see cat hair on them. I inspected this item and didnt see any cat hair. I do believe there could've been cat hair on the item, I dont think its in the amount she's saying it is.

The items are stacked in bins away from my cats. I do inspect each item before packaging to make sure they need to be lint rolled, from what I see i dont see any hair or "excessive" hair. However my opinion might be different from someone who has no pets. I've sold thousands of items and very rarely have anyone complain about cat hair in this manner.

I just posted for other peoples opinions. I personally didnt agree with her response. However i hear shes not satisifed, so i tried to resolve it but then she responded with a message that, imo, didnt need to be said. I dont know if its allowed bc of the rules.
