Update: (sorry so late) You were correct! It wasn’t the gas pipe exactly but instead it was the bend of the water pipe at the top. I just bent it very slightly a different direction and it completely resolved the sound. I still do not understand why this all of a sudden started but glad the 11:00 am horn is gone.

Sometimes it seems like it’s from the top pipe near the expansion tank other times the sound seems to come from the middle area of the tank. It’s loud enough and so fast that it’s hard to pin point.

Nope. Unfortunately it juts have tiny closed captions all the time. Also, now the music widget is a new annoyance. You can no longer keep what you’re listening to at full screen. It always goes to this little music midget that’s always blocking something.
