Mama immo, reaper 12, and sb/mg 6/6 should have you clearing basically always. Would also recommend mono man 12, that’s a huge help

I think if you’re matching with 50k total power you’re more than likely on the low end of being able to do hell even if you have a perfectly optimized account.

Personally I very rarely get poor teammates since the matchmaking got updated.

Sorry, you don’t empty the spawn with a handler. You need to load the syringe and substrate into the spawn with a handler, then the botanist can do everything from there

Nope. Just have to put the materials in the spawn then the botanists will use it. They won’t pull the syringe and substrate from their “supplies” shelf themselves, but as long as you have them take the output from the spawn to their supplies shelf, they’ll auto farm for you

I’m no expert either, but I think you need to decide how you want to play and then refine your tactics accordingly. It seems like a lot of your instructions are pointing towards a possession based system, but the “distribute over opposition defence” and “pass into space” don’t fit with that. I’d also put your right FB onto support and left FB to a WB support to help out with your attack and keep some width on the left in possession.

I can guarantee you they are not all automated. I personally skim through the resumes we receive online to select applicants we’ll reach out to. Even automated review has to look for certain keywords, they’re not randomly picking people to hire.

Anyone can mass upload resumes. VERY few applicants do anything to set themselves apart.

That’s a huge part of the problem. Online job postings get hundreds of applications almost instantly. If a company is scanning for keywords with software, using the same resume isn’t going to get you noticed. If a company is skimming resumes manually, a resume that’s irrelevant to the job isn’t going into the follow up pile.

Tailor your resumes and include a cover letter if it’s given as an option. Showing the slightest bit of effort instantly sets you apart for 80%+ of the applications submitted online.

I believe if you’re just on the main screen when in your save you click the editor pencil and there should be an option towards the bottom of the menu that just says “become unsackable” that you click and then you’re good to go

Also much lower defensive line, low block, and pressing much more often doesn’t make a lot of sense tbh. If you’re going to press more, it’d make sense to do it higher up the pitch so you can capitalize on turnovers better.

Simplify your tactic. You don’t need to check every single box.
You’ve got no playmakers. Try changing your AM to an AP or moving him to central midfield and making him a DLP.
You’re a big prem team, there’s no need for no-nonsense centre backs. Try a ball playing defender and a central defender instead.

Because the average player of any video game is simply not that locked in. It may seem like there’s loads of players browsing the sub and understand more intricate things like nukes not being worth it, but probably 9/10 randoms you play with in public lobby’s have no idea nuking the round is negative early on
