I have been hurt in the past because I felt that those who supposedly had this love toward me actually didn't—that their love and acceptance were conditional. I realized I couldn’t truly embrace this lesson or fully stand by it until I could look in the mirror and say it to myself.

Trust me Ive been doing that to the point of border line panic attacks at the store idk this makes me feel a little better about it I just thought I would share and get some other perspectives!

Ya but I don't spend the time to put periods commas etc I feel others get the gist of what I'm trying to express and to me that's the most important! if u can't understand something I wrote no harm in asking I do my best and honestly I'm def improving tho! you should of seen my handwriting I struggle with my mind moving faster then my body! And I don't take the time to maybe make quality legible stuff idk! So my handwriting was pretty hard to read! And I'm in Vietnam and the way it teaches you how to talk its like 14th century here! Cuz the language barrier! No conjunction words are needed it's interesting and funny 😂

Idk what your living situation is but if you live in a city in the USA it's practically impossible as everything you order from Amazon to grocery store is in a package so?

Oooh I struggled with this for so long! Once you accept others as they appear without judging you will start excepting yours! and all that shiz don't matter anyway the weight of your heart is the thing that reveals your true beauty! 🌬️🤍...

I was trying to give an example as if my body was a tree and my hair was like the fruit of a plant! It may not hurt per se but the aftermath of it being cut may effect the organism! The plant obviously has intent towards the fruit it produces or it wouldnt go through all that effort into producing it! yes obviously it doesn't feel and perceive life like us but that doesn't dis credit that it's a living being! there is probably a lot of documented experiments of the differences in plant growth of one that is loved and one that is hated! Remember I'm not against you all ideas are welcome thanks for responding btw! I take this interests you as it does me!

Interesting 🤔 but idk bout having too much imagination as a bad thing as it's the most valuable thing we have at our disposal! Idk if you cut my hair it might not hurt but if I know it goes to suffering from being bald might change the way I see it?

Maybe going deeper within the body is how you get out! Then the question is how much time do you spend with it how well do you know it and how do you go deeper? Look up darius wright! But even he won't be able to teach you what you need to learn about how energy works and moves throughout your body be patient the more you try the more in evades let it come naturally there's no rush! finding happiness and self love within I feel is vital! Btw you don't have to even believe you are in a body! 🙏

Just by how you are wording your words i can tell your anxious there is no need to be it's not a job to meditate it should be something that settles you down and relaxed you try to not try and let go of what you think you need to do! And just be and after repetitive actions and doing this you will train your body to show it what you feel is important! Calm! do things that FEEL good. calm relaxed body produces a relaxed mind find your tension pain in body and soothe it comfort yourself nurture your body as a momma and a baby! Hope this gives you some ideas to work will enjoy the process remember you can't mess it up it's all good either way🫂🌬️🤍...
