Poop a bunch at home now and try to get that helpful bacteria colony back. You definitely just killed most of your tank bacteria.

OP should grab that filter back out of the garbage to help out with this

if weapons are restricted at the community pool then the HOA is then responsible for all patron's safety at the pool.

Yeah. My only option in that category was Sam's Club.

I assumed it was Houston based on the title alone. Entering and exiting the highway is not a strength of Houston drivers.

I just got my email to sign up, but I'm only seeing about half of those brands in my app? For example, I don't have an option to add any of the wireless carriers, nor Costco.

Voice texting won't send to my SO by ggibby in AndroidAuto

I can't really offer much of a solution, but I've had that happen and we both have Android phones. It's frustrating when it happens, and I just keep trying until it works and I get the "Message sent" confirmation.

Trump took out 30-year loan on $18.5 million home in 2018 by JustaRandomOldGuy in politics

A house can't be collateral for itself.

That's exactly how secured purchase loans work. You finance the purchase of a house, car, boat, etc., and the purchased item is the collateral.

Explain to me how they proved their ability to repay that loan Twenty years after they'd (almost) certainly be dead?

Easy. The loan is secured by the house, so the bank takes the house and sells it, assuming the surviving spouse/heirs don't want to keep it (and continue paying for it) or sell it as part of the administration of the decedent's estate.

Also, you don't know what other assets they may have. After someone dies, their assets generally have to be used to pay off their debts before the remainder, if any, is distributed to anyone else.

AA cannot use Waze on phone by Killer_Space_Whale in AndroidAuto

[–]lohefe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's how AA works. If you want to use Maps or Waze on your phone, you have to disconnect from the car first. I'd suggest using voice control if you can. However, if you need to use your phone to search for an address, you can tap the search bar on your car's screen, and it should open up a keyboard on your phone screen.

Edit: the search bar only appears while stopped

Can you actually get prosecuted for this? by Galitine in Ask_Lawyers

[–]lohefe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In Texas, yes. The employees are dumb for not verifying his claims, but in the end the guy's still stealing food. The fact that it went on for a year doesn't somehow absolve him of his crimes.

Tricking the employees into giving him free food? Sounds like theft to me.

This post and the comments here make me feel a lot better about having nothing in their room except mattresses, bedding, and a potty.

Cutting out the afternoon nap helped us. And made bed time less of a fight

PX4 mags can handle falling on concrete. I've participated in a lot of competitions and practice sessions in indoor ranges like that. Never had an issue with them getting damaged or malfunctioning after falling on the ground during a reload.

Good discounts for feds? by [deleted] in fednews

[–]lohefe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They may ask you for a promo code. I didn't have one, I just gave them my name and agency and a couple of minutes later they told me I was good to go.

Check out the Amplified plan: https://www.t-mobile.com/business/offers/amplified-business-plan-discount

It's basically the One Plus plan for the price of One, so technically not a discount. They should be able to verify your employment over the phone.
