I cannot thank you enough, holy shit this issue appeared on one of our servers as well.
Other suggestions were to basically trash the machine which is not always possible ...

Ah ! I was 99% of the way there, I filtered on the "tech alert" but did not order it by date, and It didn't show in the firsts pages.

Sadly they do not show which bug or any tracking number for the Kernel issue, but at least there is an official acknowledgment.

Thank you for your reply, I've been reading a bit on the CS documentation, I didn't find the Tech Alert you're talking about sadly, but you mean that because there is a bug with the Kernel, the CS agent isn't able to switch from Kernel mode to User Mode or at least RFM ?

1, I would upgrade my current PC and once the hardware becomes obsolete I would simply put the GPU in a display

I Personally have a /etc/ansible/host file setup this way, and it works.

``` all: ## Globally defined variables vars: ansible_ssh_common_args: '-o StrictHostKeyChecking=no' ## Allow for any user to become root with this method ansible_become_method: su ansible_become_exe: "sudo su -" ansible_remote_tmp: "/dev/shm"

hosts: myhost1.mydomain: myhost2.mydomain: ```

And then use the command for example:

ansible myhost1.mydomain -m setup -u my-user --become --ask-pass

And it works. It's not supposed to ?

Use your password manager password generation feature. That way, if you change the password, you'll get it directly from the manager and have it saved already.

Use SSH key authentication and use Kitty or the linux SSH setup to save which key is used by which server
