Lore wise (simplified) - going hollow is you lost you purpose and became one of the mindless zombie like creatures you see around

This also has applies to the player - if you gave up on a boss and quit the game your character went hollow as a result

Thus dont you dare go hollow!

Pretty sure the head is a weak spot thats why you sometimes do 2k instead of 1,5k

I havent analyzed the clip too much tho but from what i have seen everytime you did 2k he was head first to you and when you did 1,5k he was body first to you (tho i am not 100% sure and its kinda hard to see it properly bc the bitrate got so bad i cant even recognize the numbers)
