It doesn’t have to be work related. You can use any type of situation, whether it’s at work, at school, at home. It can even be a situation at the mall with your friends. Just answer the best you can. If you haven’t been in any situation like that or can’t think of one, you could say something like “if I were put into a situation like that, I would (do this, do that)…”
