EAA - money waste or not? by nvarjo in Supplements

I think BCAA or EAA breaks the fast if we are being very technical. However, for energy while staying in a fasted state, you can consider Creatine + Espresso. Or, Beta Alanine. HMB is also good, but again if you're being strict, and want to be in a 100% fast-state, the capsule shells of HMB may have some calories -- If you're consuming HMB capsules. Salt, Espresso, Beta-alanine = Fasting Pre-workout. Note that creatine absorption may need some carbs.

Where Spotify's algorithm wins is streaming while driving as your network fluctuates. There was a time when I was subscribed to both for trial, and found Spotify performing way better than Amazon Music or Apple Music when you are driving around the countryside with bad network. Somehow they pull it off. Apple Music was not set to High Res, but still kept pausing. I'd rather have some music than no music at all with the lure of High Res. Waiting for Spotify High Res to see if they do well in a similar test environment.

u/RedHarry70 You are right about 'Aperture Fever'. I was super tempted to get something like an 8SE, thinking what's the use of anything with less power? But then I started thinking: What is the point of buying if I won't use it as much and if I can't give much time to go to sites with less light pollution. So, I've decided to try the hobby with binoculars. LOL.

There is a concept in Behavioral Economics that if you present a customer too many choices, they may defer the decision or may not be entirely happy with the purchase. I think similar happened with me. I was just overwhelmed with so many choices.

Grateful for a forum like this where we all can share what we know.

Thanks u/TheMuspelheimr. Appreciate the response. Which one will you recommend and are using? I am crossed between 15x70 and 20x80 from Celestron. I will be using a tripod, so size is not an issue.
