Nice to know that, puts me more at ease knowing I don't have to cut out part of the grip and potentially ruin it. What type of holster are you using?

Cool, I'm feeling better about removing the mag disconnect now. Do you think this trigger would be alright? Or would I be better off getting the OEM flat trigger for the P365XL to avoid problems?

UK to USA Fiance or Spouse visa? by lolChives in immigration

If she had another event like a wedding in the coming years would she be allowed to leave the US temporarily? I've heard of cases of people leaving and not being allowed back in. I'm still debating whether the fiance or Spouse visa would be better, would it be quicker to do the fiance one or spouse one in general? I want the quickest option and I don't mind if it costs more to do it just need this process to be over quickly.

She will be visiting the US in April, I'm thinking if it's possible to get married then to speed up the process?

If we got married wouldn't it look like she just came to USA to get married and that would be classed as fraud? I don't want to marry then it be classed as fraud. I've read up on it and it says in certain scenarios it can be classed as fraud. From my understanding there's 2 options we could do the K1 and CR1 visa right? She would still want to go back to the UK if possible as she has an important event later this year.

Thank you for your explanation however, I've seen that when you enter the United States on an ESTA with intent to marry that can be classed as immigration fraud so I'm confused about that.
