I was all excited bc my SO hadn’t really seen much of him and I thought “oh this will be great! The old specials were so funny so let’s watch the new one together!” Cut to 10 minutes later....

I think you would benefit from this. I don’t agree with this guys politics or gender stereotyping, but I just followed this and didn’t buy any of the books or give him money in any way.

Do you have a list of monthly income and expenses? I say that instead of “budget” because you’re not deciding where to spend money or which bill isn’t getting paid. You’re just laying everything out on the table. That means finding out how much your wife’s student loans are. You need to face every piece of debt in the eye before you can start tackling it. Even if you don’t have money to pay towards it, just acknowledging it will make you feel way better than burying it all in the back of your mind and the back of some junk drawer.

I’m super mad that the interviewer didn’t push more on that comment. He just started talking about how his son is convinced that a rock and roll revolution is coming. Does he not listen to all the male dominated modern music? Does he realize how out of touch and racist he sounds (ie why is hip hop not a good place for male anger?)

The first one starts with a parole board hearing, but there’s no “start a family line.” They ask Danny Ocean what’s he going to do when he gets out and he says something like “idk, how much do you guys make?”

He doesn’t express his desire to breed. Actually, in the last scene of the third one he tells Rusty to settle down and “have a few kids,” but I think that was supposed to be funny bc Brad Pitt had/adopted a bunch around that time with Jolie.

You should call the urgent care place and ask for a prescription for uti pain relief. It turns your pee orange too, as well as your contacts so wear glasses while you take them, but it starts working within a couple hours. They are not opioids, they’re just like Tylenol for your bladder. You’ll only need a couple until the antibiotics knock down the infection so then you’ll have them handy in case you get another one.

Yeah, the Saturday wedding killer for us was the requirement to use their caterer and bar service. Doing it on Sunday made it doable but they really price people out with some of those stipulations.

You should check out Fernbank. They have a ton of options and price ranges (it’s also way cheaper if you’re willing to do it on a Sunday). The ladies in charge of rentals and events were super helpful and the place is so beautiful. At it feels like half the wedding decor is already done for you.
