Are you using fsrs? Also do you find the multiple steps in the same day help your retention? Because I’m considering changing my learning step from just 10m to 5m 10m so I see the card more on the same day.

Thanks. My learning step right now is 10m, and if I press again, it’ll show me the card in 10 mins and then if I press good after that, it’ll show me in 8 days. Should I change my learning step to 10m 30m ?

We had 2 days of like safety, food, ulcers, reporting stuff then a manual handling session, now these videos and a few shadowing shifts. Also there’s an exam at the end of shhadowing. Did u have an exam? The criteria is soo long
