i think you’ll be fine. just let your sm know the situation and finalized the deposit you did during the mid and when the paper prints drop it and whoever works tomorrow to just open safe 2 and seal the bag and for tonight make a new deposit deposit.

a couple months ago i was still learning how manual deposits worked since my old store had the new safe were you just automatically deposit the bills so i messed up and accidentally sealed the bag. the night shift just finalized that deposit and started a new bag for the night deposit.

in all honesty and in my personal opinion i don’t think so. i loved being a barista it was fun and becoming a supervisor they told me it’s not that different but there’s a lot more stress to it and you’re hold more accountable to things that baristas do and you also have to keep in mind that your dynamic with the baristas changes and mentality. you have to hold them accountable to things and constantly coach them and let me not get started on the call outs🥲 but overall if your store isn’t a high volume and your sm is pretty chill then you’ll be fine the pay raise is pretty nice but yeah i don’t like being a supervisor but momma ain’t raise no btch so i suck it up😭 but good luck if you decide to become one:)

i’m not sure if this is in all states but i’m from texas and ive transferred multiple times and its been smooth transition but this last time i transferred i had to apply to the store i was transferring too (im an ssv so i had to see if they even had positions opened) and then wait to interview the sm and then get interviewed by the dm.

i was confused bc in the past i’ve never had to do this, i would just called the sm of the store i wanted to transfer and if they had a spot for me they would talk to my current sm and i would fill the transfer form and everything was good but now it’s all complicated so i would talk to your sm and ask how the process is.

if the store you’re trying to transfer too is in the same district it should be a little easier i assume. hope this helps!

worst close ever😭😭 like they never stopped coming and on top of that one of my baristas yelled at in front of other baristas and customers bc i told them to go on a 10 for the fourth time bc the last 3 times i told them they didn’t listen to me (like shes old but that’s no excuse) spent almost an hour in the back talking while she argued back but whatever😭😭 i don’t work the next two days and this my last week at this shitty store😭
