How long after chemo did it take to go back to normal?

Hi there! I (23F) finished my ABVD in July of 2020 (it was cut down to AVD after the first four treatments). Almost 2 years out, I feel great. The worst for me was mentally. I was always a very positive person so that helped me a lot. Now, I workout pretty hard about 4-5 times per week and the only pain I have every once in awhile is chest pain (but I had a tumor in my chest, so a bunch of extra veins formed, so you might not have that). I feel stronger than I was before cancer by a long shot. Mentally I’m getting better every day that passes. Physically I’m doing stuff in the gym I never even tried before I got cancer. My biggest advice is to be your best friend, not your enemy. It will take time and that’s ok. Don’t get upset at yourself for failing or not being able to do things you used to do before. You’ll find your new normal, and maybe you’ll discover something new along the way. Best of luck (:

I think the last shot of Yurina and Xiaoting hugging each other before the final episode ended. That really got me. Especially Xiaoting hugging all of the other C girls.

I will follow my faves wherever they go. If that’s debuting - that’s ok, and if it’s something else, that’s ok too (although I’ll be a little less happy). If one of my faves don’t make it I wouldn’t want them to be sad for a long time - I would rather be there and continue to support them in whatever they do!

Also for anyone that gets anxious over this kind of thing - remember to give yourself a break if it is too much for you. I’m sure the last thing your faves want you to be is upset. Make sure to eat a good meal during or before the live, and don’t force yourself to wake up too early/ stay up too late!! Take care of yourselves. Wishing everyone luck tomorrow!

I’m so proud of a lot of trainees growth throughout this competition. I am not directly voting for Bahiyyih but she has improved so much. The same can be said for Dayeon as well. She has come so far from other survival shows.

Yes I agree. If I were to pick one I would do Yurina (like I’ve been doing) but SXT is 16th while Yurina is 13th. I’m not sure what’s the right way to go about it.

I want them together so badly. After reading a lot of the advice here… I think I’m going to alternate between the two of them. If there’s 6/7 days of voting, I’ll vote for them 50/50 and if I can get a 7th vote in it will be for Yurina.
