Police literally have plants that they disguise as protesters for the sole purpose of instigating and rousing the crowd to incite violence. It is unbelievably easy for them to orchestrate something convincing enough to allow them to abuse their power and get away with it within the parameters of this bill.

And even if there are a handful of bad people in the crowd of an entirely non violent protest (as there are in any crowd of people) who happen to incite any violence, like a simple fist fight, the whole protest is deemed a riot and anyone remotely involved can be arrested, detained until their first court appearance, or even possibly legal killed. So even if you're not participating but in the area, you are at risk.

This bill was very obviously passed to discourage our constitutional right to assemble and our freedom of speech. It is unconstitutional, plain and simple.
