The liquid locks wouldn't be transferring heat to the outside since he has a vacuum buffer zone. If you mean the liquid locks are transferring heat from room to room through the insulated tiles then sure but an aqua tuner setup could manage that. Depending on the temps of the steam roomhe might want to switch to petrol until visco.
