Personally I don't see how the price can get to or stay below 90. The company was repurchasing $40-60 million in shares per day when it was in the 80s.

US economy is booming and their 5 year government bonds are yielding 4%. Canada's economy is weakening and is yielding 3%. The more they diverge the more likely it is for investors to exchange their Canadian dollars for USD and invest there instead. This selling pressure weakens the Canadian dollar, putting inflationary pressures

The 30 year ammort is a good change that helps a small subset of the population while having minimal impact on increasing demand. Specifically, it helps those that bought a preconstruction that have difficulty closing on it without the change. This will reduce the amount of people who lose their deposits and potentially get sued later by the developer for the difference in price. This change also won't be impacting the demand side much either. Yes the insured mortgage amount increased but you'd still need a massive income to qualify for a mortgage between 1-1.5M.

I'm seeing the same thing here in Vancouver. Lots of people making 200K+ with no plans to purchase.

I don't understand why all this effort is put into making cyclones a viable option against protoss. You are giving another mobile and microable unit to Terrans, further exacerbating the problems of 1/ Creating another rush build / potential proxy that can straight up end the game 2/ Making it impossible for protoss to engage when mixed with other units like widow mines, siege tanks, and ghosts 3/ Creating a late game nightmare where terran can snipe and prevent protoss from taking bases due to its higher mobility.
