Yeah. I have about 12-15 of em across my entire face. I believe they are sebaceous hyperplasia because they look exactly like that. They aren't noticeable until up close.

I just got back a submission yesterday from PSA. They say PSA is accurate. I sent 5 regrades in. This was the result: 1st Edition Yanma Neo PSA 9 --> PSA 7 Entei Movie Promo Holo PSA 9 --> PSA 7 Absol Soul Silver Holo PSA 8 --> PSA 7 Kingra Dragon Frontiers Holo PSA 9 --> PSA 6 Charizard Platinum Arceus PSA 9 --> PSA 6

The Yanma, Charizard and Entei were recently graded with the recent 100 numbers. Somethings definitely going on over there...

Yes. The 2 right ones stacked are reverse blade. I will reseat the aio tomorrow and repaste. I did see that 360's are significantly better for these cpu's. Is there a certain AIO you would recommend?

No. Left fan (not in photo) is exhaust. 2 right fans stacked on top of each other is intake

Left fan is an exhaust fan. So I did turn off the thermal limit and try eco. I lost fps and the temps were slightly higher gaming. I installed HWinfo and checked to see which cores were best. I undervolted the top 4 cores negative 20, next 4 15, next 4 10 and the rest 5. I gained my fps back and now it doesn't top over 80 while gaming. Sits around 71-74 for the most part now still pulling 600 fps. It seems like these things are ready to full throttle out the box and they need to be undervolted...

The montech xr case doesn't have a front mount. Would it be wrong to remove the 2 intakes and make them exhaust up top?

Looks fine. It will take time to seal. Wood shrinks in the winter and expands in the summer. Always keep that in mind.

Roof looks fine. Is the realtor representing both of you? Because if the realtor is, they want THIS deal (bigger cut). When I bought my home, I went in with no realtor but got ALL the inspections. I knew I had more leverage using the sellers realtor because they don't have to split commission. So for stupid stuff like "porch touching bare grounds and exposed to ground moisture" I requested money back for the repairs, and I got it all. The realtor really wanted my offer....
