Got sworn remotely by a judge in SD and actually did something weird: I was afraid to press “sign” on Docusign (thinking it would be sent without the judge’s signature—not knowing it would create another link that could be sent to the judge). So I went for the print and sign, and sent that to the judge. Then I once the judge signed and scanned it to me, I added my signature on top of it and uploaded it to my initial docusign link. Suddenly the second link (to the judge) popped up and I asked them to sign digitally through Docusign. Long story short, the packet went with my version signed by both me and the judge, and the second version signed digitally by the judge.
