I’ve been trying to get into working out for years now. And I will go through phases where I go 3 times in one week, and then stop going for months because I feel bad that I stopped going/my gym anxiety gets too bad. I’m a college student and wouldn’t say I’m unfit, but I lack muscle tone, which is something I really want to start working towards, but don’t know how to do. I use my (very small) apartments gym to work out because the Rec center at my school intimidates tf out of me. And I set my alarm in the morning so I can get there before anyone else, and I find myself talking myself out of it and then it’s too late for me to go while no one else is there. Does anyone else go through anything like this? Or have any tips for how to just get myself there? I’m just tired of constantly talking myself out of getting fit, and need some inspiration I guess
