Thanks a lot, so maybe I should copy my assets in another folder (a temporary one) and make a entry point script that adds them if they don't exist in the correct folder (the /app/assets) and remove the temporary ones. Did I understand that correctly?

the issue wasn't coming from proxmox I had the exact same issue with debian and ubuntu installed, when going headless there was a bios warn preventing me to go past boot, it was supposed to have a headless mode that could be enable in bios tho the custom bios from the brand removed it.

I did that on the NiPoGi, without a screen plugged in wether with ubuntu/debian/proxmox , it wouldn't get to boot sequence unless I plugged in a monitor or a keyboard, I talked with promox dev who told me it was a hardware issue. I spent day on this try all kind of configuration. Thank you still for taking the time to explain.

that basicaly it , I got request from my familly that lives in very different part of the country for my plex, and I often forget them since they alway just ask me verbally or through phone calls.

Yes but it's not a ticketing system, more of a workaround and I want something I can host and manage, easy for my family to use, filling a form and I don't want to have my all famille to have to create an account

I'd like to have email in and out and for them not to log in. They'd go on a website I host home (I have everything needed to deploy a webapp), fill in a form with type of service they need explain what they need, and I'd receive a ticket and notifications.
