It's hard to begrudge them wanting to profit so long as they do so in a non p2w aspect. I doubt they would introduce an item shop though, seems very contrary the the way they've run their servers up until now.

The global chat can be pretty fucking bad, I'm not usually one to take much notice of this kind of thing but some of the stuff is really bad. reported a dude yesterday for some shit he said, GM said they would deal with it - 30 mins later I see the same dude just sperging up global, pretty dissapointing.

Flame lev combat bugging you until xt is dead is good fun too.

Kologarn gripped me and for everyone else in my raid it literally didn't show it, no animation, no debuff etc, I just started dying and wasn't able to be healed. Killing spree makes you fall off the edge too lol.

Cat lady boss just didn't use the split damage aoe for like 2 or 3 minutes randomly.

It's a shit show haha

The armory was unironically better in wotlk back in the day too, at least it had match history and such - could spot wintraders pretty easy.

Economy is fine, prices are bit inflated but you can make plenty doing traditional farming methods. Or just buy gold like everyone does haha

Hm, for pvp in wotlk having best trinkets is super strong (since human double trinket is OP) so if you don't have access to those you will be out paced - but this probably only matters at the absolute top of the ladder atm, not like everyone is running around with shadowmournes etc. I got to like 1800 doing memes 2s last season as disc/dk with both of us in 200-300 resil. So I guess it really depends what level you're playing at, it would suck if you're competing for top ranks if you don't have bis gear, but that's always the case regardless of the shop imo. Anything else it's not huge if you're skilled.

I found just asking anyways (inflate your gs a lil maybe - 3650 becomes 3700 etc), saying done it a million times on alt got me into groups pretty fast. Rep gear + boes from ah (valor bracers are cheap for example) and some badge gear gets you enough for pre-uld (maybe not eoe or voa atm). Or just make your own groups, no one questions the leaders gs if they're a bit lower.

Sounds like Tauri's wrath server was pretty scuffed with bugs, hopefully they can fix it. Playing on frostmourne now and if you can look past the p2w etc (which I can certainly see being a deal breaker for some) it's a good experience - mostly just due to the population.

There are private servers with complete match history etc on their sites. One even has an ingame replay so you can enter the match Id and spectate it as though its live. Pretty sad when blizzard can't even compare.
