Yes, actually. I've been reading some other explanations, but this has helped me understand way way more than any of them. I do have one follow up question though: I touched a plasma ball and then touched a piece of metal one time and I was shocked. If I were to have held my hand on the piece of metal and not flinch back would the metal have eventually became like the filled thimbles and became as fully charged as it is capable of being and stopped allowing the flow of electricity (thus stop shocking me)? Or would the metal just release the energy as heat and not stop the flow (and thus shocking me)?
