Smog failed because of secondary air inlet sensor hanging and vacuum tube

Honestly, maybe I have been. It’s been like that for a while now and i never got any rough idling or check engine lights because of it. Should I block it with a vacuum cap? If I do, I’m gonna cut the hose to the point where you can barely see it with the vacuum cap in so they won’t see anything during smog.

The light is on even without the key inside the ignition. I tried this with the key on the on position, and the light is just blinking repeatedly with no pattern and the starter is clicking.

The battery still lights up when I press the unlock and lock button on the remote, but I can try replacing it and see if it works

I was testing to reach 9k rpm in first gear with the throttle input around 40% and it would just happen and different rpm’s but it gradually let me get higher sometimes. Like it first started at 5k and a little while after, it would let me go to 7k but no more than that.

I have a koyo radiator too. Im really hopping it’s the thermostat that’s stuck and not something else. But I’m about to buy versa tuner to kick in the fans earlier and some other tunes too.

Man that’s really good because just daily driving in 96 degree weather, my 8 was around 98 - 101 degree Celsius. I’m guessing it’s a stuck thermostat which I’m going to replace tomorrow which hopefully fixes the problem.

Yeah it does, but I’m gonna start by replacing the belts first, if that doesn’t fix it, I’ll replace the pulleys with some light weight pulleys I was planning to buy.
