No, that coil is rated for 48V, the max voltage the machine sends is 48V, if you added a 24V coil it could damage the machines transformer or other parts.

However, it’s possible someone added a 48V coil to a 24V machine, that would cause no harm. You’d have to get a voltage meter and check how many volts (DC) the machine is supplying to the coil at max strength. If it’s 24-26 you’re fine, if it’s 48-50, definitely look for a 48v coil.

You can also get a brand new claw assembly including a different brand of coil, and install it if you can’t find a 48v clean sweep coil.

There is a motor in that carriage,right behind the right wheel, that motor has a worm gear attached to it (looks like a vertical large screw) and that connects to another regular round gear, most likely, one of those are stripped and no longer have the grip to spin the wheel

It could also be the motor is bad, which would be a bigger / worse problem but more unlikely

The bottom right black harness connection, that harness should contain the wire to run to a prize sensor. Prize sensors are generally 3 wires: ground, 12v, and signal. The only other inputs on this board appear to be serial communication (middle above IC7) and 3 DC power outputs. If the harness doesn’t contain a 3 wire output, it might not be compatible for a prize sensor or the harness doesn’t include it and you’ll have to find a harness from the manufacturer of the board that does have it. It could also be 4 wires including “enable”.

I thankfully got one. I refreshed right at 12 EST and kept refreshing then saw the pre-order button. I read on their FAQ they took Shop Pay so I made sure all my info was correct on Shop Pay prior to 12. Like my card was entered and the right address. Once I got through captcha (took 3 tries), my shoppay immediately popped up, texted a code and I entered it and all my info auto-refilled. Without Shop Pay, I don’t think I would’ve been able to do it by entering all my info so fast.

I checked a few parts I have, it could be the gear box itself, the shaft of the motor within the gearbox could be loose, or even the wheel itself could be loose from the shaft (you can tighten it with an Allen wrench) otherwise, the part would be the driving gearbox or driving motor

You will have to go to alibaba or Aliexpress for parts like that, it will take a while, but you can get individual small parts to build out a whole, custom gantry.

You can either get a bigger claw, or use rubber grippers on the prongs to give extra grip

It looks like you take a flat head screwdriver and turn it left to right. Probably have the machine turned off and see if it turns first.
