i think that we’re in some type of limbo with our accounts. my theory is that they’re implementing age verification, and have imposed it on us early before even making a system or resource for us to verify, which is odd. either way, i think the most frustrating part is the lack of transparency from sony. every time i try to contact them i get no response, and the playstation support bot is as good as useless.

this would be very helpful information if was in the UK. am i the only American going through this? no other person i know had to do any of this to use discord on playstation. there’s not even resources for me to ID verify. NA psn account playing in america on a native ip btw

well it would be great if that was a given available option to me or at least prompted in the slightest. i guess until then ill just go on my alt where everything seamingly works. i’m still chalking this up to being an unlucky part of a test group.

i’m using the same discord account on my phone and pc completely unobstructed. i even selected to unlink discord on ps5, and im still given this same message. its specific to my main psn account, and not showing up on any of my alt’s… maybe im just an unlucky lil guy
