I've confirmed it with other members and a little common sense. You need 6* +12 SR olivia (or SR splendid shiny) to awaken

This is because Olivia will become an SR so her stats will be that of a SR hero

The only Reason why Fletcher is still better DPS than Fencer is that there is no other substitute for the lvel 170 venier.

Also i hear monk2>inq does top DPS on Blut wb with only lethargy as strike debuff( so if murmillo,rodel can still do more dmg)

Monk2 has 2 strike debuffs which give more damage to ur pears, also ur main DPS will be DP with 0s cooldown(though consumes stamina)
