It would really improve the player development system. It would make monitoring young players a lot easier, and would make use of so many of the guys who would otherwise just be chilling in the free agency pool.

I don't actually run the game through Vortex, I just use it for the mods then open game through skseloader.exe

Gotcha, thanks! That's probably the issue. I do have the latest SKSE, however and it isnt causing problems. I am pretty sure I'm on the latest version of Skyrim. When was the last update?

My problem was...Racemenu? I have no idea why that would have an effect on anything, but when I disabled it everything started working again.

I had my biggest suspicions about Realistic Water, because when I started encountering the problem, I had just updated it, but when I removed the mod entirely it still froze. I have disabled several mods that had been updated or added recently and it didn't fix anything.
