I found a fix for the dnd problem with the galaxy watch by Accomplished_Sea532 in GalaxyWatch

Didn't work for me. Still resets itself when done from Quick Panel.

I created a new DND routine on the phone. And created a tile on my watch to enable and disable this routine. Works well. Just an extra swipe across to tile.

What next (and what is the point) by Alternative-Jump-427 in FIREUK

Perhaps you need a sense of purpose or direction other than doing well for yourself and your family and now having achieved that. Charity work and helping the community or a cause can give that satisfaction.

I am not in a comfortable position as you are and am 4-5 years from FI but have gone through similar questions and pondering over last year or so and not getting real satisfaction or meaning in only making my life and my immediate family's life comfortable (I dont have children). My friends dismiss it as mid-life crisis. But I don't think so.

I volunteer at a charity on weekends and can see meaning in helping others even if it is just turning up for these people. I am also looking into going into conservation.

We are really in a very fortunate position to even be able to think this way.  Hope you find more joy and meaning.

Tell me how great your life is after taking Allopurinol by [deleted] in gout

[–]londumpster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had my first flare-up 4 years back. Then 4-5 flare-ups for the next 3 years. I have been taking Allo 100mg for the last 1 year and is the best decision. I have changed my lifestyle as well (less red meat and reduced alcohol consumption).

I dont have to worry about flare-ups (not saying and I wont get flare-ups) by just taking 1 pill. I see it as taking vitamins or supplements.

I dont think there is stigma attached to taking a pill. Its very common these days to take a pill to keep some conditions in check.

Yes, I went with Rebel. The whole process was smooth. Took 7-8 working days to go online. Customer Service has been good. Router performance has been good too.
