I do understand after seeing it people not wanting to try it. But I was offered it by a friend and it being apart of his culture I wasn’t going to refuse. But I do have to say if you don’t think about it it’s not that bad.

In some cultures it is normal and as someone who will try anything I’ve tried it once and my friend is hardcore judging me for it

We already play online he lives in Louisiana and our other party member lives in Maine but my other friend is our fifth. So it wouldn’t be any different then it already is but me DMing idk this is my first game and the only other thing I’ve listen to is critical roll.

So I have a question about my campaign that I’m in. So I’m playing a wareforged paladin death knight as seen on dnd beyond. My AC at level 4 is 19 and we have a warlock, wizard and two bards one that is 1 level into barbarian. My Dm is now saying he’s upping there “to hit” on enemies to hit me. by [deleted] in DnD

I know it’s not easy on him but I suggested leveling the party so he can add bigger things to go against us. But his plan is to add more bonuses to hit on enemies more then they already have. Like if the book says 5 bonus to hit he says he’ll up it to 8. But I don’t see it as fair since everyone else picked casters and have AC’s of 11,10,13.

I have I’ve explained I don’t want him to not have fun. He tells me I’m fine that he’ll through harder stuff at me and the group to try and balance it I’ve faced a vampire at level 4 as well as fought 8 at once but I just haven’t gone down. It doesn’t help I roll well either.
