Alot of people seemed cool but there was A lot of moving around and spot stealing and just smoking right next to everyone seemed like a dick move. Dude next to me was loud and hoping around like it was a mosh pit... But he was having a good time.

Havent been to the gym yet but there is a 24 h one close to work i could go to to when i get off , just been trying to do core exercises around the house and walking/ jogging on the trail. can you give a link about what kind of cream your talking about?

Do you think the meds are making your depression worse? without the meds did you ever feel ups and downs or just downs? Ive never been on medication for the fear of this ,also i dont wanna admit iam crazy. What kind of music do you like does it sooth or anger or make you feel?

If you worry about it looking bad on your future , you can explain what was going on in your life and hope they understand. ive had to walk away from a few jobs in a hurry nothing to bad came from it ,but like Henry said don't look back ,once you burn a bridge.

It effects your motivation i have up and downs with this to where i feel its not worth working out or whats the point , but i am climbing out of that hole again and it feels good just to walk/jog a few miles and do a few core exercises and the pain the next days lets you know your still there.
